The Racial and Identity Profiling Act of 2015 (AB 953)
The Attorney General is implementing the Racial and Identity Profiling Act of 2015, which requires, among other things, that law enforcement agencies collect data on individuals they stop and creates the Racial and Identity Profiling Advisory Board.
