You’re likely confusing groups and channels. Groups can be used for multi-user conversations. Channels have an unlimited number of subscribers, but only admins can post – the rest just get the news. See t.me/Telegram for an example of a channel.

Alternatively, you can also create one or more new groups to keep conversations manageable for the users. After all, a million people chatting in one group would be a million of rather unhappy people.

Groups, on the other hand,were meant for discussions (which become rather difficult when there are too many members). You could collect questions from the subset of your users in the group and answer them in your channel for everyone to see.

What you should do is create a channel. Channels can have an UNLIMITED number of followers and you can use them to broadcast to your entire community.
