Thanks, David. I look to you as one of the leaders of this field and completely agree with the low tech wisdom above. And there's much more to our unique, highly variable response to food than glucose spikes.....

Yes, exactly. In follow-up, by avoiding the low ranked foods I could avoid the spikes (but not a diet I'd like!)

A partial list of the algorithmic recommendations. Bratwurst A+ and other ratings were not what I had in mind ;-) And this is based on avoidance of glucose spikes They're associated w/ leaky gut, infection & cancer in mouse models

Glucose spikes are only one metric of our heterogeneous, individualized response to food. They're common, and, as pointed out, there's uncertainty what to do with the finding. Common: My results here
