Releases for aGov

This is the first full release of the 7.x-3.x branch.

Since 7.x-3.0-alpha1, a number of accessibility issues were resolved, as well as minor fixes to look and feel and our build process.

Full changelog:

This is the initial release of aGov on Drupal 8. The alpha releases will not provide an upgrade path and should not be used in production.

Includes agov_whitlam theme and styleguide

This release provides security updates for Drupal core (7.39) and ctools (7.x-1.9).

After a independent accessibilty audit by Media Access, made a few additional improvements. This release also updates CKEditor to 4.5.1

This release:

* Makes some minor accessibility improvements
* Removes modules that weren't deemed necessary for the aGov 2 release
* Updates a number of modules

This update includes a Drupal core update to 7.36 and a Display Suite security update.

The process to move custom modules to their own separate contrib projects has also begun. This means some modules have moved from profiles/agov/modules/custom to profiles/agov/modules/contrib.
